Ghaffari’s responsibilities include media outreach, media relations and sponsorships, social media and client relations while also working with the account team to execute successful campaigns at regional and national levels. Ghaffari has a five-year background in print media and advertising, with a Master’s Degree in Marketing. Prior to joining RMD, Ghaffari was an Assistant Professor of Applied Management at Ohio University. While at Ohio University she taught Marketing, Sales, Organizational Behavior, Management Behavior and Consumer Behavior.
In addition to hiring Ghaffari and Cochran, RMD promoted Account Coordinator, Heather DeSantis to Media Specialist. DeSantis will work closely alongside Ghaffari and assume the same roles. DeSantis will add an increased amount of media outreach, media relations and sponsorships, client relation assistance and execution of campaigns at local, regional and national levels to her list of responsibilities.
Cochran’s responsibilities at RMD include assisting in the management of client relations, media relations, organization and implementation of campaigns and assistance with social media activity. Cochran graduated this August from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communications. She has recently worked for Infinitee Communications.
